Risk Description
Phthalates have a negative effect on the development of male/female reproductive organs. Especially children are vulnerable as their body is developing and can be negatively affected by these toxic substances. This product poses a chemical risks to consumers because it contains Dibutyl Phthalate (4,0 % and 5,4 %) which may cause harm to the unborn child and pose a possible risk of impaired fertility.The use of this substance is prohibited in cosmetics under the Cosmetic Directive.
