Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 0.045% by weight of dibutyl phthalate (DBP), which is prohibited in cosmetics by the Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC. Dibutyl phthalate may cause harm to the unborn child and lead to the possible risk of impaired fertility. Phthalates have a negative effect on the development of reproductive organs.
