Risk Description
The creepage and clearance distances of the adaptor are insufficient. Additionally, the live and neutral pins are too short and close to the periphery of the plug. This could lead to the plug failing to make a secure connection with the socket, overheating and/or exploding, causing a fire. the product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive.
