Risk Description
This product poses a chemical risk because it contains 19.8% of dibutylphthalate. Dibutylphthalate is prohibited in cosmetic by the Cosmetics Directive and classified as harmful for reproduction. Phthalates have a negative effect on the development of male/female reproductive organs. Especially children are vulnerable as their body is developing and can be negatively affected by these toxic substances.
