Risk Description
This product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the leakage currents and distances in the air measured between the dangerous live parts and the accessible part (the probe and the partly coupled crocodile clips) are less than the required 16 mm for leakage currents and 10.5 mm for distances in the air (reinforced insulation) for an effective working voltage of 600V;- the following indications do not appear on the measuring probes: the double square symbol for double insulation, the measurement category - CAT I, II, III or IV as applicable – or the probe's maximum rated current;- the product is accompanied by an incomplete notice for users. The following information is missing: Indication of the degree of pollution: 1, 2, 3 or 4.This product does not comply with the relevant European standard.
