The product poses a risk of injuries because:- the design of the brake lever does not enable its safe grip and safe stoppage of the bicycle,- the frame of the bicycle and the front fork may crack which may result in injuries if the rider should fall.The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14766.

Product Description
Mountain bicycle with 26”wheels and 21 speeds, suspended front fork, frame made from aluminium alloy. Marking on the label in the top part of the frame: CICLO 7400 PROXIMA MTB 26 TZ, Art. 9 7400 U and EAN code. Marking on the sticker of the saddle tube, logo ESPERIA, the number of the standard EN 14766, and the number of frame G62111238. The same product is marketed also under the name Esperia Proxima 7400 MTB 26T x 50 21V. Marking of the product by TZ, TX, or TY has no influence on model, quality or safety of the product. Identification of the model "Esperia Proxima" is determined by: name "Proxima, Art. 9 7400 U", where the number 9 defines the year of the model, 7400 the model of the bicycle and the letter U determines that it is a bicycle for men.
