Risk Description
The product poses a risk of poisoning because a number of the Child Resistant Fasteners (CRF) have been found not to be properly engaged.Hand closing of CRFs successfully engages the CRF effectively removing the hazard. Neither the CRF or the container have been found to be defective.The product poses a risk of poisoning as the result of ingesting (drinking the product) which has as an ingredient benzalkonium chloride – fungicidal component.

Product Description
The Polycell 3 in 1 Mouldkiller is a water-based product containing fungicides that kill and remove mould. It is a clear colourless liquid. It is sold as 500 ml and 1 litre pack sizes. The bottles are made from clear transparent plastic. The containers are fitted with Child Resistant Fastenings (CRFs) of the squeeze and twist type.
