Risk Description
Cause of an accident due to reduction of the braking ability of the motorbike. On the affected motorcycles, air bubbles discharged from the brake fluid caused by vibrations in certain driving situations cause a rear brake malfunction in the brake system. Due to the modified routing and the shorter hoses, the hydraulic system is put out of tune and the brake fluid won’t emit gas. This could affect the braking ability of the motorcycle. The ABS system and the front brake work properly, even if the rear brake may malfunction.
