Mosquito was recalled on 25 September 2015 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/1180/15. Choking risk reported by Lithuania. The suction cups can easily be removed from the projectiles and could be put in the mouth by small children and block the airways.

Risk Description
The suction cups can easily be removed from the projectiles and could be put in the mouth by small children and block the airways. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
