The product does not have a back brake operating system, only a front brake, which could prevent the user from being able to stop safely and adequately. In addition, the steering column is not strong enough and could break, and there are gaps capable of injuring fingers on the adjustable and folding steering tubes.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
