Risk Description
The product poses a risk of :1. Injuries because of :- sharp edges and incorrectly welded elements, - insufficient chain-guard, - the steering mechanism has no constraint, which can cause the steering wheel to block, and when turned it scratches the fuel tank, - the shape of the frame makes the vehicle less durable and easily collapsible.2. Fire because :- the electrical elements are not protected against wet conditions, which can cause a short circuit, - the fuel pipe is not sufficiently protected, which could cause fire.The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.

On the box there are the following markings: Model HB-GS02C; OTY: 1 PC; NW 22 KGS; GW: 24 KGS; MEAS: 99.5X28X53CM, colour (not indicated), CE, the name and address of importer, manufacturing date: January 2008, and an oval logo with a small vehicle inside.
