This product poses a risk of injuries because:- there is insufficient guarding of the engine drive chain and rear-most sprocket;- the fuel is vented via the filler cap directly in front of the rider which has health, machine control and fire hazard implications;- the fuel pipe and tank were insecure;- the engine stop has no additional action to re-set;- the handlebar levers are not ball ended;- there was no reserve travel on the off-side brake operating lever (front brake) which means that it cannot achieve full braking efficiency if required;- the free movement of the steering mechanism was being fouled by mis-aligned body parts.
