Risk Description
The product poses a risk of burns , cuts, electric shock and injuries because:· The material of the cowl is fragile and may break.· The type of accelerator is not progressive and there is a risk of unexpected variations in speed. · The locking key for the petrol is far from the tank.· There are sharp edges near the cowl, screen, chassis and identification plate. · The copper conductors of the wiring can be accessed by the user. · When overfilled, the mini-motorcycle leaks fuel over electrical or hot parts. The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.
