Risk Description
This product poses a serious risk of fire because:- there is no provision to drain spilt fuel away from engine and exhaust;- there is no securing strap fitted to fuel filler cap;- there is inadequate engine cut out switch; - assembly instructions and risk labels are inadequate.This product poses a serious risk of injury from:- brake levers, brake cables and chain;- inadequate chain guards;- insecure handlebar grips; - poor anti-vibration fastenings (locknuts) on suspension and steering. Users of these machines are exposed to the risk of physical injury and also to the risk of injury caused by fire or explosion.The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.
