This product poses a risk of injuries because:- the rear mudguards are weak and sharp, - it can be started with gear on by the remote control,- a possible loss of control because it is possible to select the 1st gear after the 4th gear (there is a free gear between them but no limitation),- the speed is too high for a small children and a possible accident may be severe.
