Risk Description
The product can be active or energised whilst the user is filling the product. If the hot water bottle leaks it can touch live parts and cause electric shock. Moreover, the plug also had insufficient dimensions and was inadequately earthed. A user could consequently touch accessible live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive.
