Risk Description
The product poses a risk of injuries because the suction cups can easily be detached. In addition, there is no warning about the necessity to use only the cartridge attached to the toy or the warning “Caution! Do not aim at the face and eyes”. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
The toy consists of a gun made of grey and black plastic, a cartridge, four darts 98 mm long with suction cups with a diameter of 24 mm, two targets, goggles, a watch, a holster and two badges. The toy is marked with a CE-mark and a pictogram concerning age 0-3 restriction. The following information in Polish is on a sticker attached to the box: name and address of the importer. EAN number, “The packaging is not a toy”, “Keep for further reference”, “Made in China”.
