Risk Description
The product contains arsenic, barium, lead and zinc (measured values respectively 49 mg/kg, 103 mg/kg, 25 mg/kg and 107 mg/kg).The Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1 on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up, recommends that the levels of arsenic and lead in tattoo inks do not exceed 2 mg/kg. The recommendation for barium and zinc is that they do not exceed 50 mg/kg.The product does not comply with the national legislation.
