Risk Description
The product does not work properly, exceeding its ignition time. A user may try to re-ignite it and suffer injuries and burns. Furthermore, the product is not stable, and may fall over and shoot in the wrong direction. A user or bystander may be hit and suffer injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
