Due to its characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, the product may be mistaken for a foodstuff (the cherry). Children may put this part in their mouth, which could entail the risk of choking.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Food-imitating Products Directive.

Product Description

Brown hand towel with a cherry on top supplied in plastic packaging decorated with Christmas images. The form, size and appearance of the packaging imitates a chocolate dessert with a cherry on top.

This product contains small parts that can detach and pose a choking hazard, or its size and shape make it dangerous for young children if swallowed or placed in the mouth.

Recommended action

Remove the product from children immediately. Check if any small parts are missing. If a child has swallowed a part, seek medical attention immediately. Return the product to the retailer.
