Risk Description
The plastic material of the toy contains bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value up to 32% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. It also contains di-isononyl phthalate (DINP) (measured value: 1.7 % by weight). According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP is prohibited in all toys and childcare articles while the phthalate DINP is prohibited in all toys and childcare articles articles which can be placed in the mouth by children.
