Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 15.1 mg/kg of dimethylfumarate (DMF) in the sachets (mouldproof agent) put into the shoes.Dimethylfumarate is a substance which is strongly sensitising on contact with the skin, and consumer products containing dimethylfumarate are banned according to Commission Decision 2009/251/EC.
