Risk Description
The product poses a risk of :1. injuries because of:- the inappropriate dimension of the back support of the swing, which can lead to entrapment of the child’s head,- insufficient durability of the swing – knots of ropes become loose and the seat became detached from the ropes during tests,- lack of essential information about small dimensions between elements of the toy, which should be considered while installing the toy,2. choking because of small parts of plastic which became detached during tests and these parts fully fit into the small parts cylinder.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
The toy is a swing made of yellow hard plastic, hanging on two plaited ropes in synthetic fibre. The toy has a sound emitting mechanism situated on the top, front-side of the toy, within the reach of the child. The toy is sold without packaging. There are two stickers on the toy with Belgian and Polish labels with the following inscriptions in different languages, including Polish: “Made in Belgium”, “CE mark”, “The toy is intended for children aged 1-3”, the name and address of the importer and barcode. There are also warnings: “Play only under supervision of an adult”. “Please keep the packaging for future reference".
