Risk Description
Due to a manufacturing failure, the breakage force on the accelerator pedal stop may be defective. As a consequence the breakage force on the accelerator pedal stop is lower than the value prescribed in the technical specification, This could cause the driver to lose control and cause an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
