Risk Description
Due to the contamination of the airbag cover during the manufacturing process, a piece of the driver airbag’s cover can become detached when the airbag is deployed. This piece can be ejected, rebound on the windscreen, and strike the driver or a passenger, increasing the risk of injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
