Manual illuminator was recalled on 16 June 2006 under EU Safety Gate alert 0321/06. Electric shock risk reported by Lithuania. The product poses a risk of electric shock because it suffers from insufficient fastening of the cable, the cross-section of main cable is smaller then required (0,43mm2), the product did not pass the bent test (all cable conductors broke down) and the marking does not comply with the requirements (wrong voltage indication, essential symbols are missing).

Risk Description
