Risk Description
The valve protrudes too much from the surrounding surface when the two sections of the armbands are inflated. There are no instructions, warnings, advice or recommendations for use, maintenance or ensuring safety, all of which are necessary to ensure that the product is used correctly. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment Directive and the relevant European standard EN 13138-1.

Product Description
Blue armbands decorated with pictures of a blue duck with a yellow beak. Printed on the armband in white letters and in several languages, including Spanish, is the following: "WARNING: Not recommended for children under three years". The product is packaged in a sealed transparent plastic bag.
