Risk Description
The pins are inadequately spaced from the periphery which could lead to inadvertent contact with live parts whilst inserting or removing the adaptor from the socket. In addition, the pins are not of the correct size which could cause overheating or arcing within the socket. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant national standard.
