Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:· The internal insulation/separation does not provide adequate insulation between the input and output circuits. · The internal connections rely upon solder to maintain their position. A loose wire could reduce creepage distances and clearances.· The adaptor has inadequately sized pins which could cause damage to the socket or the adaptor.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD), the relevant European standard EN 60950, and the relevant national standard BS1363.
