If more than one magnet is swallowed, the magnets can attract each other and cause injury to the digestive tract. The product does not comply with the Commission Decision 2008/329/EC requiring Member States to ensure that magnetic toys placed or made available on the market display a warning about the health and safety risks they pose. Incidents have been reported.
