Risk Description
The gold-coloured putty contains high amounts of arsenic (measured value: 32.9mg/kg) and lead (measured value: 29 mg/kg). Moreover, the magnet is a small part with a high magnetic flux. Arsenic is toxic and exposure to lead is harmful for human health and can cause developmental neurotoxicity. If a child swallows this small magnet and other metallic objects, they could attract one another causing intestinal blockage or perforation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standards EN 71-1 and EN 71-3.
