Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking because the loose magnetic component could be swallowed.The product poses a risk of injuries because the loose magnetic component has a magnetic flux index greater than 50 kG²mm² and could cause an intestinal blockage if it was swallowed.The product poses a chemical risk because the plastic material in the fishes contains 1,7-2,0 % DBP, 2,0-4,8 % DINP and 3,9-17 % DEHP by mass of plasticised material. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.According to the REACH Regulation phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
