Risk Description

The product poses a risk of injuries because it does not comply with Commission Decision 2008/329/EC which specifies that the following warning must be included: "Warning!! This product contains magnets or components with magnets. Magnets can stick to each other inside the human body, thereby causing a serious health risk. Consult your doctor immediately if the magnets have been swallowed or inhaled."

The product in question is a magnetic construction game composed of 19 metallic balls and 32 small pieces of rigid, polymeric material in various colours with magnets on the ends.It is packed in a blister pack inside a cardboard box printed in various colours.
