Risk Description

The toy is made of small parts (balls) with a high magnetic flux. A child may put them in the mouth, which may lead to choking, or if swallowed, they could attract one another, causing intestinal blockage or perforation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.

Recommended action

Choking: Remove the product from children immediately. Check if any small parts are missing. If a child has swallowed a part, seek medical attention immediately. Return the product to the retailer. Injuries: Stop using the product immediately. Check yourself and family members for any injuries. Store the product safely out of reach and contact the retailer or manufacturer for a replacement or refund.

Who is at risk?

Children under 3 years old are at highest risk. Supervise older children as well. All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury.
