Recommended action

Damage to hearing: Stop using the product or reduce volume to minimum levels. If you experience ringing in the ears or hearing discomfort, consult a doctor. Injuries: Stop using the product immediately. Check yourself and family members for any injuries. Store the product safely out of reach and contact the retailer or manufacturer for a replacement or refund.

Who is at risk?

All users. Children and elderly people are particularly vulnerable to burn injuries. Children are especially vulnerable as their hearing is more sensitive than adults. All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury.
