Magic stick – "Paea Magika" was recalled on 10 October 2008 under EU Safety Gate alert 1110/08. Choking risk reported by Poland. The products pose a risk of choking because it contains small parts (the mouthpiece) which may easily be detached and swallowed by children.

Risk Description
The products pose a risk of choking because it contains small parts (the mouthpiece) which may easily be detached and swallowed by children. The product fits entirely into the small parts cylinder. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
A toy whistle made of hard plastic ended with a mouthpiece made of soft plastic. The packaging is a transparent plastic bag closed with folded, colourful plastic. On the packaging are two stickers with the following information: CE mark, the inscription: “Made in China”, EAN number, the name and address of the importer, and a warning: "Attention! Not suitable for children under 3 years". There is also a pictogram concerning 0-3 restriction.
