Risk Description

The product has an excessive concentration of lead in the solder on the engine and on a connection to the battery (measured values up to 70% and 77% by weight, respectively). Lead poses a risk to the environment. The plastic in an internal cable has an excessive concentration of the dibutylphthalate (DBP) (measured value up to 0.25% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health by possibly causing damage to the reproductive system. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS 2 Directive).
