Luminous star was recalled on 27 March 2015 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/0418/15. Choking risk reported by Spain. The white wheels at the back of the toy become detached resulting in small pieces that could cause choking to small children if swallowed.

Risk Description
The white wheels at the back of the toy become detached resulting in small pieces that could cause choking to small children if swallowed. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

Product Description
Musical, luminous, plastic star with small wheels. The packaging is a cardboard box with the words " Luminous Star" . The toy bears a label showing: the importer’s details, the bar code, the reference and batch numbers, and the country of origin.
