The laser pointer is not a class 1 laser product as stated in the package. In fact it is a class 3B laser product which could cause damage to sight. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 60825-1 with respect to labelling.

Torch with 8 LED lights and 1 laser light. The torch is wrapped in transparent plastic. On the package the laser class is marked as class 1.
