Risk Description

The T bar is too low, allowing a child to lean over it causing the swing to turn forward. This can lead to the child falling from the swing, causing injuries. The ropes of the swing are not adequate and can create a loop through which a child may insert his/her head, leading to strangulation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and of the relevant European standard 71-8.
