Lithium battery was recalled on 26 December 2025 under EU Safety Gate alert SR/04514/25. Chemical, Choking risk reported by France. The packaging is not childproof and therefore the button batteries are easily accessible to children.

Risk Description
The packaging is not childproof and therefore the button batteries are easily accessible to children. A child may put them in the mouth, and choke. The button batteries could also cause damage to the child’s gastrointestinal tract if they are ingested. This product does not comply with the General Product Safety Regulation nor with the European standard EN 60086-4.
