The product poses a risk of burns and fire because it fails to meet the necessary requirements as regards flame control, resistance to spitting, sputtering and flaring, volumetric displacement and resistance to continuous burning. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 9994.

Product Description

Black lighters packed in a green cardboard box containing 50 items and marked “BULL Lighter”. Half of the lighter is transparent, while the other half is opaque and includes a small torch that is activated by pressing a button on the side of the lighter.
