Risk Description
The product poses a risk of fire and burns because it does not bear a child-resistant mechanism. According to Commission’s Decision 2006/502/EC Member States shall ensure that only lighters which are child-resistant are placed on the market.

Product Description
Silver colour lighter with ignition mechanism in a shape of a pipe (approximate dimensions: 8.1 x 2.1 x 0.8 cm). The lighter can be also used as a bottle opener. The lighters are packed in a multicoloured carton box (50 items), that bear the indication “Refinement LIGHTER” and the warnings “Keep lighter away from children” in 6 languages (approximate dimensions: 16 x 11 x 8.5 cm).
