The amount of nitrosatable substances released by the balloons is too high (measured value: 1 160 µg/kg). Nitrosamines can be carcinogenic via inhalation, ingestion or dermal exposure.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant national legislation.
