Risk Description
The plastic casing of the singing device might give way allowing access to small parts. Children may put the small parts in their mouth and swallow them, which could pose a risk of choking. In addition, the stitching of the product is not sufficiently resistant: fibrous filling material could be easily accessible and cause small children to choke if put in the mouth.A short circuit may also occur and the surfaces of the battery compartment can become too hot during use, posing a risk of burns. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the the Low Voltage Directive as well as with the relevant European standards EN 71-1 and EN 62115.
