Risk Description

The capacitors used as protective impedance between the primary circuit and the secondary circuit are inadequate. Moreover, the clearance and creepage distance between the primary circuit and the secondary circuit on the printed circuit are not sufficient. Additionally, the number of insulating layers separating the secondary winding from the primary windings is insufficient. The user can access live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 61558-2-16 and EN 61558-1.
