Risk Description
The cross sectional area of the core of the wires is insufficient: in case of a short circuit the wires may overheat. Live parts can be touched when connecting the mains lead since the dimensions of the flat plug are not suitable. The protective cover for the LEDs can be removed by hand leaving live parts accessible. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
