Risk Description
The insulation between the primary and secondary circuits is inadequate. The cap can be easily be removed by hand. The user could consequently touch live parts whilst mounting or dismounting the lamp.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 62560.
