Risk Description
The hinge screws of the lamp can be detached without tools leaving basic insulated wires accessible. The basic insulated wires touch the sharp thread of the metal hinge screws. In case of damage to the insulation, the hinge screws, which are accessible to the user, could become live. The dimensions of the plug are such that the user may touch the live pins when plugging the battery charger into a socket outlet. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
