Risk Description
The electrical insulation between the primary circuit and metal enclosure of the lamp is inadequate. In addition, the metal enclosure protective earthing connection is not reliable. A user could receive an electric shock from accessible live parts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 60598-1 and EN 60598-2-1.
